Hi, we’re Gravie. We improve the way employers offer health benefits and provide employees coverage they can actually use. We’re looking for a few Financial Operations Coordinators with an operational focus to join the Finance Team in our corporate office in downtown Minneapolis. These are temporary positions starting in November and going through the end of Janauary 2025.
You will:
· Data entry into the Gravie’s Claim System
· Audit the Employer Billing Rates, Financial Set up, and Invoices
· Help support the claims payment process
· Coordinate with other Operation teams to make sure Gravie’s clients are set up properly in Gravie’s systems
· Contribute to various Finance and Accounting projects as needed.
· Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative and outcome oriented.
You bring:
· 1 year of relevant work experience
· Proficient in Excel and technology (V-lookups; pivot tables, etc.)
· Ability to set priorities and with excellent time management skills
· Enjoy working independently with clear deadlines and deliverables
· Ability to work in cross functional teams to provide solutions
Extra credit:
· College or University Degree or equivalent
Start on Novemer 18 and go through the end of January 2025. Pay is $22/hour.
