We are seeking a talented and experienced Information Systems Project Manager to join our team!

 How does a day to day of Information Systems Project Manager in SimilarWeb look like:

  • The focal point for finance-related system requirements, delivering enhanced value to facilitate daily tasks and align with organizational vision, primarily utilizing NetSuite and Zuora.
  • Oversee projects from initiation to completion, including requirement gathering and in-depth discovery. Provide creative and well-structured solutions, define specifications and configuration, manage implementation, delivery, and support either hands-on or third-party vendors.
  • Own business systems - Build scalable and robust architecture, integrate relevant systems, and maintain and provide day-to-day support.
  • Perform quality assurance tests of deliverable developments.
  • Demonstrate high interpersonal skills (including written and oral communication), motivation, and coachability to work closely with various departments to understand evolving business processes and translate them into IS requirements.
  • Perform all of the above in a SOX-compliant environment.

How does the ideal candidate look like:

  • CPA - Must
  • +5 years of hands-on experience working as a Project Manager and systems implementer.
  • +4 years of hands-on experience working with Netsuite mainly encompassing proficiency in Workflows and Saved Searchs.
  • Experience in supporting financial, accounting, and related field processes.
  • Experience in Zuora (Admin Level) is a major advantage
  • Wide understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements to technical design alongside great analytic and technical skills.
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, along with the ability to work well individually or within a team environment.
  • Be detail-oriented and methodical in solving problems and managing multiple projects and tasks.
