The role
Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a knack for precision and strategic insight? Roamler is seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and integrity of our organization.
You will report to the Manager Finance & Control, work closely with the CFO in the budgeting and reporting cycle and form a good team with the Business Controller and accounting team.
It is important that you get to know the business by building a warm relationship, both with colleagues in the Netherlands and internationally. You talk to the business to find out the key drivers, to understand the risks and opportunities and from there you develop dashboards that provide real insight into the business performance. These insights can be used to steer on Opex spend and personnel costs.
We are looking for an ambitious financial with strong analytical skills and a critical eye. You are ambitious, data-driven and feel good in a rapidly changing environment. You prefer to be in the middle of the business, show your added value and know how to create support.
