  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary, providing requested documentation and explanations to facilitate the audit process and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple ad-hoc projects within a fast-paced environment, such as accounting standards changes, system enhancements, process improvements, and regulatory updates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from various departments to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business priorities.
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and controls to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Applications team to drive enhancements in ERP systems and integrated applications, leveraging technology to automate manual tasks, enhance data integrity, and optimize workflow efficiencies.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the commercial team, assisting with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and other ad-hoc requests as needed.

What will make you successful:

  • Proven track record in a similar role, with 5-10 years of experience in financial control and management, preferably within a multinational corporation.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
