Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members across the global organization to collect and analyze data.
- Ensure quality and maintenance of master data.
- Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
- Troubleshoot data quality issues associated with source data systems.
- Facilitate and track process, reporting, and system initiatives, providing training as necessary.
- Support regional sales compensation reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate with other members of the finance team to review financial information and forecasts.
- Work with management to define and consolidate reports.
- Assist with monthly sales forecast development and reporting between Sales and Operations teams.
- Operationalize data processes through the creation of self-service reporting tools like Power BI.
- Document processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years in finance, accounting, data analytics or similar field.
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Cross-functional project experience.
- Knowledge or experience in Salesforce, Power BI, or similar CRM/Analytics tools preferred.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
