We are looking for a financial analyst to help aid our finance team with key projects and deliverables in a timely matter.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in putting together P&L packages for operations, corporate and executives in a timely matter.
- Work with our operations team to gather and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Aid in compiling yearly budget as well as capital expenditures (CapEx).
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with current budgets and forecasts.
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
- Aid in ad hoc analysis to help organization identify financial performance improvements and automation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
- Additional duties as required
- Travel up to 15%.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel understanding of formulas and functions.
- Understand basic NetSuite (Oracle) operations and how to retrieve data from data base.
- 0-2+ years of business finance or other relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required (degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred)
