We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with strong skills in spreadsheet management, financial modeling, graph creation, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting business decisions by developing financial projections and analytical reports. This is a hybrid role, requiring both remote work and on-site presence in Guadalajara.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze complex spreadsheets to support financial planning and reporting.
- Build financial models to forecast business performance and evaluate scenarios.
- Create clear, visually compelling graphs and dashboards to present financial insights.
- Conduct financial projections, including cash flow, profit margins, and budget forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze key financial indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial analysis with business objectives.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate data and recommendations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling).
- Strong skills in creating graphs, dashboards, and visual reports.
- Familiarity with forecasting tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
- Knowledge of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
