About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Accounting Analyst to support our financial accounting operations with day-to-day processes and monthly reporting. The Financial Accounting Analyst's responsibilities include but are not limited to cooperation with external bookkeepers, invoicing, reconciliation and monitoring of costs. Ultimately, you will ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and on time while ensuring controls are in place and accounting policies are being followed.

Indicative Responsibilities:

  • Communication with external bookkeepers
  • Reconciliations of balances with suppliers
  • Reviews of accounting records
  • Monitoring of fixed costs
  • Preparation of monthly reporting of Group companies
  • Support external auditors
  • Assist the Finance team with other responsibilities and ad hoc request
  • Invoicing to clients
  • Internal support with requests regarding invoicing
  • Reporting preparation for clients

Requirements

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • 2 years of work experience, ideally in Accounting department or audit firm
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, etc) would be considered a plus
  • Sound knowledge of accounting principles
  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and processing of financial information
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel)
  • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness
  • Ability to coordinate with various teams
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Proactiveness and self-motivation
