The Role: This is a varied role where you will be a key player in the Finance team, responsible for financial processing, risk and control management, external reporting, and more. You will have the opportunity to optimise processes and support projects, all while working closely with senior stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial processes, including payments and expenses.
  • Perform key financial control tasks like reconciliations and treasury functions.
  • Assist in producing financial reporting, preparing for audits, and supporting financial planning and analysis.
  • Provide training and support to colleagues, and contribute to system improvements.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified or part-qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) or those with significant finance experience.
  • Strong Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to work independently. 

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of PowerBI, Business Central Software.
  • Understanding of FRS102 and/or SORP accounting.
  • A passion for working in the not-for-profit sector.
