Financial Accountant (Dutch)

Together with 300 colleagues from over 40 nationalities, we are building a European network of 1,000 fast charging stations in prime locations where electric drivers can charge their vehicles with renewable energy from the sun and wind. We have recently been voted the best charging network in the UK, France and the Netherlands, which is a testimony to our drive to offer the best charging experience to EV drivers.

Your key contribution to the team is to be responsible for a wide variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks for our Dutch parent company and its foreign subsidiaries. Your experience and knowledge on processes and accounting systems will be a great addition to our team.

Overall responsibilities

• Supporting the Senior Financial Accountant in the daily accounting for the Dutch entities including reviewing of incoming invoices, and preparation of payment runs and journal postings;
• Performing month end close activities and monitoring of trial balance data;
• Assisting with the preparation of group and statutory accounts, including files and information for our auditors;
• Supporting in preparing monthly indirect tax filings and CBS obligations;
• Debtor and creditor management and follow up of overdue items;
• Contributing to improving financial procedures and work practices in a rapidly growing business environment
