Was wir uns von Ihnen wünschen:
- Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung von Geschäftsvorfällen für Kontinentaleuropäischen Büros der Unternehmensgruppe
- Ansprechpartner für Ihre Finance-Kollegen im UK-Head Office
- Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Abstimmung von Verrechnungskonten mit unseren internationalen Büros
- Erfassen von Eingangsrechnungen und die Bearbeitung von Reisekosten
- Mitwirken bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Unterstützung beim Monatsreporting
Ihr Profil:
- Sie können eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung vorweisen. Idealerweise haben Sie sich danach auf dem Gebiet der Finanzbuchhaltung z.B. durch ein Studium oder einen Abschluss zum Bilanzbuchhalter weitergebildet
- Sie blicken bereits auf eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung zurück
- Weiterhin besitzen Sie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus, sind zuverlässig, kommunikativ, ein Organisationstalent und haben Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Team.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel und Outlook), Buchhaltungssystemen sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab

English:
In this varied role, you will be part of the Continental European Finance team dealing with all aspects of Finance for eight entities in eight different countries.
Your key tasks will be:
- Day-by-day accounting for our Continental European entities (Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, Switzerland, Netherlands, Italy)
- AR and AP accounting
- Bank payments, bank reconciliation
- Payroll posting
- VAT returns
- Inter-company accounting
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Supporting the Financial Controller in month end and year end reporting
Requirements
- Professional degree in business administration/accounting
- Minimum two years relevant experience
- Excellent analytical skills, good understanding of numbers and finance processes
- Self-motivated person, ability to work independently, problem solving skills
- Very good excel and accounting system skills (we are using d365)
- Very good English and German language
