As a valued colleague on our team, you will develop and design moderately complex application testing methodologies, perform application automation testing, prepare reports, and document testing results.

The Finance Technology - SDET - Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Software Developer Engineer in Test

  • Design, develop, and test automation tools and frameworks, and ensure the robustness of automation initiatives before they can be distributed to internal and external clients.
  • Automate test cases as well as writing reusable scripts/tools that help the team to reduce repetitive efforts.
  • Assess and understand the flow of code and its interaction with various processes.
  • Document processes and client demands for process improvements.
  • Log, manage, and track user issues and cases.
  • Perform manual regression testing.
  • Troubleshoot bugs and other issues on mobile, desktop, and web-based platforms
  • Test automation builds, execution, and script troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate engineering and product teams to design automated test methodologies.
  • Perform end-to-end automation testing.
  • Review product scalability, reliability, consistency, and performance,
  • Mentor less experienced technical staff.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s in Computer Science or Electronics/Electrical Engineering plus three years of experience in software development working with secondary mortgage data, using AJAX, AWS Developer tools, AWS services (including S3, RDS, Batch, EMR), Apache Mavin, Apache Subversion SVN, C++, Excel, Git, HTML, JIRA, Junit, Java, J2EE, Webservices, APIs, UNIX, Linus Shell scripting, JavaScript, Jenkins, Objective C, SQL, PL/SQL, Perl, Python, R, SQL, Selenium, Cucumber, XML, and jQuery. Excellent communication (oral and written) skills are also required.
