The Finance & Strategy Manager will be a business partner to leaders across Commercial, Growth, Operations and Clinical, helping to drive decision making and performance. You'll be working closely with non-Finance stakeholders, whilst also owning traditional finance roles across controllership, reporting and planning. You will report to the Head of Finance & Strategy. The role is based in Bermondsey, with at least 3 days a week in the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic and financial planning, including yearly and quarterly P&L forecasting, and resource allocation between geographies and categories
Providing daily financial insights and strategic guidance to all of our cross-functional teams, as well as developing comprehensive business cases for new initiatives
Preparation and communication of Group-wide financial and KPI reporting
Assisting with Investor Relations activities, including fundraising
