Our partner in Camby (Indianapolis, IN), is seeking a Finance Specialist to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to work within a small team environment, contributing significantly to the company's success. The position involves a variety of responsibilities related to finance and compliance, with a focus on DCAA regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Proposing and submitting Incurred Costs Proposal Model (ICE) in accordance with FAR 52.216-7.
- Adjusting and modifying local ERP system to be compliant with DCAA regulations.
- Acting as the main contact for DCAA audits.
- Training others while implementing DCAA requirements.
- Ensuring that programs adhere to DCAA standards and are invoiced correctly in the PIEE system.
- Ensuring that quotations conform to DCAA standards.
- Preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements for management and DCAA.
- Assisting with operational procedures.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- BS or BA in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or Associates Degree and a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in DCAA requirements.
- Familiarity with Cost Accounting.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Great Plains/Dynamics.
- Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
- Flexibility and a positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Benefits
- Pay range: $65,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience).
