About the job:

We are seeking an individual to assume responsibility for analyzing open transactions related to receivables, managing payment settlements, and sending necessary documentation to customers as part of the collection process.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Sales invoices and credit notes issuing 
  • Monitoring receivables
  • Claims and complaints handling 
  • Handling the collection process ( request for payment,debt split into installments, direct contact with customers/debtors, coordination debt agencies and legal department) 
  • Incoming payments settlement in accounting system
  • Customer data verification  
  • Cooperation with all key internal and external stakeholders: business, auditors,customers, external institutions - debt collection companies , legal department ) 
  • Cooperation with internal departments in the whole group (work in international environment) 
  • Blocking or unblocking customer accounts and analyzing the customer situation, clarifying discrepancies
  • Adapting / developing existing tools to changes resulting from new projects
  • Verification and sending of balance confirmations 
  • Reconciliation data between the systems or data replication 
  • Provide periodic and ad hoc reporting for higher level personnel or for project purposes
  • Cash desk - service and settlement
  • Participation in month-closing processes
  • Process Improvements - identification of process improvement opportunities, tool modifications, automation
  • Active participation in team meetings
  • Execution of  assigned processes in accordance with agreed, documented practices and control procedures
  • Daily support and share of knowledge for less experienced employees

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred in Accounting, Finance or Business.
  • First experience in Debt collection agencies or the Finance Department would be an  additional asset.
  • Fluent Polish language skills min. C1 and English language skills min. B2 level.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, SAP and DAX.
  • Analytical skills and data driven mindset.
  • Team collaboration and strong communication skills.
