Finance Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Billing and Invoicing: Manage and oversee the complete billing process, ensuring timely and accurate issuance of invoices.
• Payments and Expense Management: Process credit card payments, expense reports, and business trip reports for multiple countries; ensure daily payment postings are accurate.
• ERP Software and Automation: Assist in testing and implementing new ERP software, identifying automation opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• Audit and Compliance: Support internal and external audit processes, preparing necessary documentation and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.
• Accounts Receivable and Payable: Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment terms.
• Financial Operations and Controls: Work with country teams to enhance financial procedures and strengthen internal controls for bookkeeping and document flow.
• General Finance Support: Assist in monthly closing activities, financial reporting, and provide ad-hoc financial support as needed.

What you’ll need for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a multinational or similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly with implementation or testing phases, is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be a plus.
• Familiarity with OneStream for financial consolidation and reporting would be a plus.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Fluency in English.
