What you will do

As a Finance Project Manager within the Finance team, you will play a crucial role in designing, building and operating scalable financial systems (tools and processes) supporting Pigment's growth. 
This is a unique opportunity to join the company in its scaling phase and to be a key player in the various projects structuring the Finance team across our different geographies (teams and offices in France, UK, US, Canada).

Among your responsibilities

- Overseeing and executing financial initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and operational excellence, creating savings (time and $) through automation, and insights through financial data
- Develop a holistic financial system architecture ensuring our financial processes (Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-pay, Record-to-report) are aligned with Pigment's strategic objectives and growth stage
- Continuously assess the suitability of existing systems. Research and recommend improvements or new ones that can enhance finance and business operations
ERP implementation project : 
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Execute the implementation roadmap and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and - Operations, to ensure seamless project integration
- Communicate changes effectively and provide support to teams adapting to new setups
- Ensure that financial systems comply with industry regulations and accounting standards. Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making
- Identify and assess potential risks and issues and Implement risk management strategies to ensure financial projects adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards

Who you are

- You have 5+ years experience in Finance project management, audit/controlling and/or a similar role acquired in a consulting firm and/or within a finance department in an international environment
- Proven experience in delivering complex financial projects (ERP integration project is a plus)
- You are familiar with B2B SaaS model
- Being a lean and agile process keeper and builder
- Good organizational skills, autonomous and reliable : You are able to run multiple projects simultaneously and manage your deadlines
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Fluent English : Our day to day language is English and you will interact daily with English Speaking stakeholders
