Expectations/ Requirements :
1.Processing Full & Final Settlement for Group of entities. HC ranging between 10k to 15k per month.
2.Co-ordinate with HR Team for any query/ clarification.
3.Employee Vendor creation and Bank confirmation in SAP
4.Preparing JV and posting in SAP with accuracy.
5.Preparing Bank file for FNF payment and strong control over it.
6.Share the MIS report such as console JV, Assets Recovery details Benefits paid details etc.
7.Ensuring all the FNF has been cleared by Treasury; Bank advise shared with 8.Treasury needs to be validated, if all the payment has been processed.
9.Maintaining and updating G Sheet FNF tracker every day.
10.Checking Payment Rejection Data and sharing the same with HR Team.
11.Reply mail of My Exit Team for recovery amount confirmation.
12.Posting bank recovery entry as and when shared by Treasury Team.
