Work closely with company’s departments to ensure the correctness of data, as well as with internel and external auditors
Review payroll processes, procedures, making changes while ensuring adequate controls are in place and followed
Ensure the month end close is completed accurately and in accordance with group's timelines
Responding to payroll related inquiries and resolving concerns
Verification of timesheets in terms of compliance with current legislation and domestic policy
Entering data into payroll database and software programs: medical leave, salary advances, bonuses, benefits, deductions, meal tickets e.g
Performing the salaries calculation and the salary statements/reports according with company’s procedures
Transmission of salary flyers and prepare the files in order to be paid
Preparation and transmission of files with salary deductions
Preparing the accounting entries files related to the salaries
Verification and ensuring the reconciliation of the accounting accounts related to the monthly salary calculation (salaries, advances, untaken holiday, bonuses, meal tickets e.g)
Preparation of monthly/annual declarations related to remuneration, according to the legislation in force, within the legal deadlines and ensure the submission
Preparing the payroll’s taxes in order to be paid and check the company’s tax payer
Checking, whenever necessary, taxes and salary contributions and correcting any errors
Carrying out the salary recalculation and drawing up rectifying declarations in the necessary situations
Preparing the files for recovering the amounts from the Health House or the Pension House
Performing various financial reports required by the business or management
Cooperation with payroll’s system provider and support regarding existing problems, possible improvements
Follow to changes in legislation, necessary software updates
Monthly archiving of the documents on the basis of which the salary calculation was performed and of the statements drawn up
Maintaining the relationship with RO authorities: pension house, health insurance house, AMOFM, ITM e.g
At least 5 years in a similar role in a dynamic environment;
Higher education completed ;
Advanced knowledge of labor code and any other low related;
Good knowledge of English;
Good level of computer skills: Ms Office, Outlook, Excel, Word;
Good experience in using the payroll systems, and experience in Charisma is an advantage;
High sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, attention to detail and accuracy, proactive approach, commitment to delivering quality results;
Ability to follow and accurately perform group procedures and work tasks;
Ability to work in a team, ability to communicate and relate.
