Finance Partner Head

About the Role

The Enterprise Technology & Operations Finance Partner Head will lead and manage ETO Finance Partners in financial planning, analysis, and value measurement to ensure that ETO spend is aligned with its objectives and priorities.

 

How you'll contribute

  • Lead the ETO Finance Partner team in budget and forecast exercise. This comprises building financial and manpower budget, cost-allocations, and providing analytics and spend analysis.
  • Manage the preparation of regular Finance performance dashboards and reports for ETO, Technology Service Review, Business Segment Review, and other business needs.
  • Make decisions and influence Division and Group Heads' proposals on process efficiencies or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide analysis comparing actual ETO spend versus plan, forecast, and prior year to support SBC budget processes.
  • Stakeholder management. Strengthen collaboration with FinPlan, ETO Group and Division Heads, and other SBC Division and Subsidiaries on budget-related matters, allocations, and P&L management.
  • Perform other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

 

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related-field.
  • At least more than 10 years of professional experience.
  • Proven executive experience in financial management and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Understand end-to-end finance partnering cycle (data and transaction, accounting and reporting, analysis and forecasting, insight and influence, strategic partnering) and how internal roles interact and operate throughout the duration of vendor engagements.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory and industry requirements (BSP circulars).
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, people management, and agile decision-making skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on managing business outcomes through collaboration with multiple internal and external parties.
  • Ability to influence and engage direct/indirect reports, peers, and stakeholders.
