What you’ll do…
- Issuing invoices and credit memos to the customers.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting team on month-end closing tasks and ensure all invoicing data is accurate.
- Work cross-departmentally in resolving customer invoice queries and disputes.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the management.
- Work with the finance team to implement new tools or systems that automate invoicing and improve reporting capabilities.
- Support the finance team with internal or external audits
What we’re looking for…
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Finance Operations or Data Analytics
- Proven experience in a comparable role (preferably which included invoicing clients)
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines related to invoicing
- Excellent oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent English
- Proficient use of excel
- Experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferable
