The team 

You will join the Finance department and be part of the Customer Finance team. This is a small, dedicated and hard-working (and fun) team which consists of 4 members who report to the Customer Finance Lead.

 

Your role & impact 

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on and diligent Finance Operations Specialist whose responsibilities will be:

  • Creating a seamless customer experience, by ensuring that landlords receive their payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Have knowledge and experience to improve, assess and set up processes to ensure the timely payment to our customers.
  • Creating and providing invoices and credit notes.
  • Assisting our Sales and Customer Care departments with escalated cancellations and refund cases.
  • Working with our Product and Engineering departments to provide them with feedback on how to improve internal processes.
  • Assist with financial reporting to our internal stakeholders. 

 

Your profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Communication & Organizational skills. 
  • Attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving & Analytical skills.
  • Hands-on mentality.
