As a data coordinator in the European finance operations team of Navan, you will be responsible for managing hotel requests related to credit card authorizations. The tasks can be done completely remote and in a flexible working time model. A fresh, diverse team is waiting for you to drive internal processes forward! 

What You'll Do:

In this position, you are responsible for the processing of incoming hotel credit card authorization requests. Your main tasks and responsibilities will be: 

  • Manage incoming hotel requests
  • Provide the hotel with the requested data using the available resources
  • Complete daily requests in a timely and accurate manner 

What We're Looking For:

Are you an expert in data collection, with at least 1 years experience and a flexible mind? Are you accurate and can you easily connect the dots? Would you like to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment? Then you might be our new Finance Operations Coordinator, joining the Navan Finance Operations team! 

  • Analytical work and very accurate, with attention to detail 
  • Ability to structure yourself well and work independently 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Very good MS Office skills are a must 
  • Ability to perform to high standards in a fast-paced environment
