We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Finance Team as a full-time Finance Officer. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Bank and payment channel reconciliations.
  • Ensures all invoices sent to clients are accurate and in a timely manner.
  • Carry out month end processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting including month end journals, analysis of accruals/prepayments and standardised financial reporting.
  • Production of financial reports.
  • Assist in preparation of Budgets and monthly forecasts.
  • Assisting with month end and year end closing.
  • Completion of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the company.
  • Perform other related duties when required.
  • Supporting the Commercial manager and other team members.

What we need from you:

  • Working in an accounts role or similar 
  • AAT Qualified
  • Experience of bank reconciliation
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively with head of departments via the phone and email as well as in person
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent IT User skills, particularly in
    Microsoft Office Packages (especially Excel).
