We are currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Finance Team as a full-time Finance Officer.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Bank and payment channel reconciliations.
- Ensures all invoices sent to clients are accurate and in a timely manner.
- Carry out month end processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting including month end journals, analysis of accruals/prepayments and standardised financial reporting.
- Production of financial reports.
- Assist in preparation of Budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Assisting with month end and year end closing.
- Completion of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by the company.
- Perform other related duties when required.
- Supporting the Commercial manager and other team members.
What we need from you:
- Working in an accounts role or similar
- AAT Qualified
- Experience of bank reconciliation
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop relationships and work collaboratively with head of departments via the phone and email as well as in person
- Attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills essential
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent IT User skills, particularly in
Microsoft Office Packages (especially Excel).
