Principal Accountabilities

Job Description

· Preparation of monthly performance review documents

· Collation of commissions data within month end deadlines

· Update of salesperson performance in ABI

· Processing of MCCF and credit note requests

· Ownership of PO allocations

· Raising of purchase requisitions

· Raising contract invoices that are requested via the mailbox

· Completion of order amendments

· OSR Pack production

· Update of monthly finance timetable

· Journal Posting

· Forecast updates in Workday

· Preparation of Payroll reconciliations

· Production of weekly debt files

· Update LTI / MOB dates in SOPS as necessary

· Preparation of Accrued and Deferred data · Other adhoc reporting as and when required

Essential Competencies

· 4+ years of relevant experience in similar role

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage variable workloads at any given time

· Excellent organizational skills

· Excellent communications skills

· Able to work using own initiative

· Excellent team working skills

· Excellent numeracy & analytical skills

Requirements

Preferred Skills

· Prior experience in a similar role

· Proficient Knowledge of MS Excel

· Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Teams

· Knowledge of SUN and Workday systems
