The Role

Finance Manager, Sales & Strategy Finance will have the opportunity to help lead the forecasting, reporting and analysis, finance business partnership, and process improvements in support of our Sales and Strategy teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Finance business partner to help support Sales and Strategy teams
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to deliver key sales metrics and insights to leadership  
  • Assist in the forecasting and annual plan processes
  • Participate in month-end close process and provide monthly and quarterly flux analysis 
  • Analyze and report on financial performance and key underlying metrics
  • Develop new KPIs to lead to deeper insights and predictability into financials
  • Lead projects to drive automation, standardization, and operational improvement to reduce time to deliver while improving consistency and accuracy to help scale the business
  • Partner with BI and IT to deliver critical internal dashboards and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years of applicable work experience in FP&A  
  • SaaS industry experience is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SaaS-based financial planning/reporting/incentive compensation tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Compensation

  • Base pay: $125,000 - $180,000 
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
