This role will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco).
We are looking for a Manager to support our Product organization. You will have a highly visible role engaging with executives and senior leaders. Expectations also include working cross-functionally and establishing/improving processes to enable the continuous growth of R&D.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial forecasting for our Product organization. You will be partnering with senior Product leadership, including their direct and cross functional support teams, as their strategic financial advisor. You’ll play a central role in providing key insights and analyses to drive planning and prioritization, supporting leaders to evaluate trade-offs as well as intelligent investment opportunities that will grow and scale the business. Responsibilities include building processes around managing and tracking headcount and other cost drivers. You will own the development and operational excellence of forecast models as well as partner with operational teams to ensure financial and operational rigor of the business. As a pivotal partner to the Product teams, the clarity, energy, and results you deliver will be visible across the R&D leadership team. This role is based in our San Francisco office.

The pay range for this role is $109,000 - $178,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
