NeoGenomics is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow.

Position Summary:

The Commercial Finance Manager role is responsible for partnering closely with the sales and client engagement teams providing regular revenue/bookings forecasts as well as assisting the sales team in quote pricing and SoW sign off. Additionally, the position is responsible for creating & managing dashboard reporting based in Excel and Tableau. This position will work in a highly collaborative environment to gather data and insights, perform analysis, create dashboards, and support our ability to make strategic and informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a data analytics subject matter expert leveraging historical reporting skillset while also learning the intricacies of NeoGenomics’ data structure to create and maintain dashboards providing insights into; Revenue, Bookings, Funnel, OpEx, etc
  • Partner with Sales and Client Engagement team to provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts, assist sales team in pricing/discounting on quotes, lead monthly funnel review call, as well as review and approve SoWs.
  • Present analytical findings on a periodic basis to leadership team.
  • Utilizes Excel and Tableau to analyze and manipulate complex datasets.
  • Provide Ad Hoc analytical support and data analysis as needed.
  • Assist in annual AOP and 5-year strategic planning projects.

Experience & Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from four-year university.
  • Minimum 5 years of combined experience in data analytics or FP&A support.
  • Highly proficient in Excel with a solid knowledge of data manipulation and model building; and proficient in Tableau dashboard creation.
  • Proven success working with business partners, with direct commercial support a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
