About the role:
This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:
- Coordinate and perform the compilation of companies and the consolidated group's financial statements on a monthly basis, adhering to both relevant professional standards and group policies
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reporting, and annual deliverables, including financial information for the management and board meetings
- Review and enhance management reports/analysis
- Provide support, bring insights and lead the team in working on continuous updates in financial policies, process improvements, digitalization and automation initiatives
- Coordinate the annual audit and tax filings, collaborating with external auditors and advisors
- Provide support for various projects such as mergers and acquisitions, financial advisory services, due diligence, and financing activities, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline
- Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or related professional qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience from both commercial companies and professional audit firms
- Strong analytical mind, well-organized, and be open to new initiatives from time to time
- Experience technology industry and ERP and Oracle NetSuite is an advantage
- High proficiency in technical accounting standards and taxation
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail orientation and self motivation
- Good interpersonal skills, with effective communication abilities with a number of stakeholders
- High proficiency in written and spoken English; additional proficiency in Korean or Chinese would be preferred
- Based in Hong Kong or London; relocation is available for the right candidate
