What You’ll Be Doing

Process payment requests, include but not limit to vendor payment and reimbursement etc.

Involved in policy, SOP and other documents preparation

Work closely with internal departments to ensure all documents are in order for payment/accounting processing and issues
-
Assist in system maintenance, including solving users’ questions and system enhancement etc.

Provide clerical/administrative support as assigned by supervisors

Assist in accounting schedules and reporting
-
Act as back-up of other team members when required
-
Handle any other job duties or ad-hoc projects when necessary
What We Look For In You
-
Degree holder in Finance and Accounting or related discipline
-
Minimum 2 years relevant experience

Detail-minded, multi-tasking, responsible and willing to learn

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
-
Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
-
Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typing
-
Immediate availability is highly preferred
