Combining rich, highly nuanced medical terminology, extensive domain knowledge, and artificial intelligence (AI), we expertly structure and operationalize clinical data to generate sharper insights and inform more intelligent decision-making.   This position follows a hybrid work model, with three days onsite (Tuesday through Thursday) at our Rosemont HQ, Chicago, or Houston office. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team and support the finance department in various tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and financial modeling.  What You'll Do:
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.  
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process, including data gathering and analysis.  
  • Analyze financial data and generate insights to support business decisions.  
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.  
  • Help with data entry and maintaining financial records in internal systems.  
  • Assist in conducting variance analysis and identifying trends in financial performance.  
  • Help with reconciliations of accounts and ensuring accurate financial records.  
  • Support ad-hoc financial projects as needed by the finance team.  
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting and data accuracy. 
  • What You'll Need:
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.  
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in finance or accounting.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced skills in Excel are a plus).  
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
