About the role:
- Oversee the finance relationship with all UK customers.
- Manage customer’s payroll’s setup.
- Execute direct debit requests for our growing Hastee community.
- Lead and manage refunds and collections.
- Track on a weekly basis employer’s withdrawals and payments.
- Assist on the bank accounts conciliation.
- Bring new ideas on internal processes automation.
- Have a positive impact on our revenue.
- Support B2B and B2C by helping them reach financial freedom. Email support to users and Uploading workers details to the Hastee portal.
- Ad hoc projects
What We're Looking For
- Business or Economics student/degree.
- Mandatory native or advanced level in both spoken and written English. Spanish is a plus.
- Strong team player who thrives when working to set the team up for success.
- Self-starter with problem-solving capabilities.
- Driven, curious, and solution-oriented.
- Innovative and adaptable approach suitable for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of Excel
Conditions:
- Remote first policy (once or twice per week at the office)
- 300/450 EUR monthly
- Possibility of part-time or full-time internship
