We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Intern in the Finance Department. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our organization. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has a strong interest in finance, and is looking to kick-start their career in the financial services sector.
Contract Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities
- General accounting tasks such as invoice handling and reconciliations
- Data entry and analytical tasks to support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities
- Updating and maintaining databases and documentation related to financial transactions
- Supporting financial reporting and forecasting
- Assisting with the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support various processes and projects in the Finance Dept
- Education in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- Previous internship or work experience in the financial services is a plus
- Excellent command in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Fluency in English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Industrious and self-motivated, proactive, curious and eager to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excited about collaboration with international teams
- Knowledge of financial concepts and principles is a plus
- Prepared to commute to our Belgrade offices daily
