We are looking for you to join our Finance team as part of our next graduate intake, starting in September 2025. You will join us on a 3-year scheme, where you will gain exposure to multiple teams across the function such as Financial Services, Commercial, Planning & Reporting and many more.
You will work within the finance function, supporting in the creation and protection of the future of the company. You will fulfil the work of a finance graduate, whereby you'll be rotating across different teams within the function annually, over a 3 year period, building your financial and working knowledge & experience, whilst studying towards your CIMA professional qualification.

Please note that the talent acquisition team are managing this vacancy directly, and if successful in securing this role, you will be required to undertake a credit, CIFAS, Right to Work checks and if a specific requirement of your role a DBS (criminal records) check. Should your application progress we require you to let the team know if there is anything you need to disclose in relation to any of these checks prior to them being undertaken, including any unspent criminal convictions.
What happens next?
Following your application, our talent acquisition team will review your CV and be in touch if you’ve been selected for the next stage of the process, so keep an eye on your emails!
You will then be invited to a video interview, where you will pre-record your answers to a number of questions and share with the talent team.
If successful at the interview stage, you will then attend a full-day assessment centre at our head office in Speke where you will take part in a group task in the morning with a final stage behavioural interview in the afternoon. The assessment centre is designed for us to assess your skills and behaviours, but also for you to learn more about working at Very and what we offer the families we serve.
