About the Role

The primary focus of the Finance Excellence Senior Manager is to lead the implementation of a world-class ERP system and transition the accounting operations from external service providers to an in-house model across the 5 geographies that the company operates.

In addition to this critical transformation, the role will be responsible for driving end-to-end process and systems management across both financial and administrative functions. This includes owning the documentation and mapping of processes, ensuring adherence to established policies, and acting as the gatekeeper for Business Process Management (BPM).

What will you do

ERP Implementation, Systems Integration & Technology Innovation:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of an ERP system, initially focusing on finance processes (AR, AP, GL, T&E) and subsequently integrating broader administrative processes.
  • Oversee the transition of accounting operations to an in-house model, ensuring seamless integration with proprietary CRM and operations systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive technology enhancements that support operational efficiency and scalability across finance and administrative functions.
  • Go beyond the ERP and implement best-in-class solutions where fit in different processes.

Business Process Management, Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Own the documentation, mapping, and ongoing stewardship of all financial and administrative processes, maintaining a comprehensive business process and policies repository.
  • Audit and enforce adherence to established processes and policies across the organization, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
  • Drive continuous process optimization across finance and administrative functions, identifying opportunities for automation, best practices, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard compliance, mitigate risks, and align with organizational policies.

Strategic Financial Transformation & Change Management:

  • Develop and execute a vision for finance and administrative process excellence that supports the organization’s long-term objectives.
  • Lead change management efforts within the finance and administrative functions, ensuring smooth transitions to new processes, systems, and operating models.
  • Engage cross-functional teams to facilitate adoption of new technologies and processes, managing resistance and ensuring successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience leading ERP implementations, finance transformation projects, and accounting operating model transitions in fast-growing scale-up enterprises.
  • Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM), process mapping, and maintaining process repositories.
  • Strong understanding of finance processes (AR, AP, GL, T&E, O2C, R2R, P2P) and administrative operations.
  • Experience in risk management, internal controls, and auditing compliance with documented processes and policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale transformation projects and manage organizational change effectively in fast-growing scale-up enterprises.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary with additional performance incentives.
  • Coverage under the company’s collective health insurance plan.
  • Hybrid work model & extra personal/flex days and paid volunteer days a year for your favourite cause.
  • Company-sponsored team-bonding events.
  • Weekly health & wellness activities, gym discounts, healthy breakfast, snacks and beverages.
