About the Finance data Insights Lead role...
This role will be part of Enterprise Data Management & Analytics team and will be responsible to support Business with Financial and Operational insights. In this role as Finance data Insights Lead, you will be responsible for driving Finance and Operations self-service dashboards initiatives end-to-end, while supporting new initiatives to enhance the various data analysis and visualization efforts across reference data domains.
What you’ll do…
- Should be able to understand and learn how data flows in different system.
- Have an eye for details and able to reconcile numbers between different reports and system.
- Experienced in Business KPI reporting and Variance analysis.
- Have an understanding about finance and MRR reporting.
- Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Analyse operational data related to sales, Customers ops and marketing to provide KPI's, Metrics and Dashboards.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the design, validation and implementation of business information and reporting requirements are consistent with business information frameworks and standards.
- Visually transforming, improving, and integrating data, depending on the business requirements
- Experience working in Operations & or a dynamic business / commercial / e-commerce environment.
- Provide training and documentation support on our data and reports/dashboards.
What you have…
- 7+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of Business Intelligence or data analytics experience
- Experience in Business KPI reporting and Variance analysis
- Experience in reconciling reports and analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
- Expert proficiency with Tableau, MS Excel (VBA knowledge a plus) and comfort with large data sets.
- Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
- High level of skill in the application of analytical, conceptual and problem solving techniques to provide meaningful reports
- Analytical thinker and problem solver
- Exceptional communication skills
