The Opportunity

We are in search of an experienced and proactive Finance Business Partner to join our team in a permanent full-time position. This role calls for someone with exceptional business acumen, a positive disposition and strong interpersonal skills. You will be providing a high level of support to the transactional services team to ensure accurate data is processed through the financial system and deadlines are met.

A day on the job will see you:

  • Manage budget, forecasting and strategic planning processes and operational risk for relevant division
  • Contribute to the Strategic Planning Process as it pertains to the division
  • Contribute to the development and deployment of best practice forecasting and planning tools & processes as it pertains to the division
  • Champion a best practice controls and governance culture within the division
  • Partner with all leadership in the division to manage and optimise risk and opportunity
  • Drive financial accountability and commercial capability across relevant division

About You

  • Bachelor's or equivalent in Finance and/or Economics
  • Completed or working towards the CPA or CA
  • Experience working with Tech-one or similar accounting system and advanced excel skills.
  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and statutory requirements.
  • Ability to train and impart knowledge to all areas of the business.
  • Strong collaboration skills and resilience to change.
