As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in analyzing and controlling expenses, preparing management reports, and driving financial planning processes. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will provide insights into business performance, coordinate budgets and forecasts, and support month/year-end processes to ensure informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:

•  Analyze and prepare the expense reports on a monthly and annual basis
•  Perform controls of expenses based on the budget
•  Monitor key business indicators and provide insightful commentary on key drivers
•  Prepare the management reporting
•  Deliver month/year end process
•  Drive Business Plan process be responsible for the coordination, consolidation of data and submission
•  Prepare variance analysis, work closely with key business partners to prepare commentary on profit estimates, focusing on the true drivers of organizational performance
•  Participate in Budget coordination, consolidation of data and submission
•  Deliver month/year end process
•  Perform OPEX review and control over Budget
• Partner with several Key Stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related field
• At least 3 years of previous experience in a relevant position
• Experience in Retail industry will be considered a plus
• Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Excel application (Excel Advanced)
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Excellent analytical skills
• Commercial, methodical and strategic concept
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
