Come and join our FP&A team within the finance department at AJW as a Finance Business Partner opportunity. The role reports directly to the Director of FP&A supporting the senior finance management in providing accurate and meaningful insight to key business lines and customers through financial analysis and reporting. The role will take ownership of forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis and provide information to support decision-making for responsible business areas.

This a 12 month fixed term contract.

What will you be doing

• Provide seamless business partnering together with timely and accurate Management Information to aid the delivery of strategic objectives, operational performance, and financial targets.
• Ensure that key stakeholders have clear visibility and understanding of Financial Performance to enable strategic decision making.
• Advocate and drive digitalisation or automation of existing processes, to create efficiencies and growth.
• Communicate complex and challenging issues to support business understanding and mitigate risks.
• Presenting robust assumptions, in line with strategic objectives, as part of budget and planning processes.
