Finance Business Partner - Clients & Industries

In the role of Finance Business Partner Clients & Industries, you will also:

• fulfill a central role for the Industry Leads, overseeing Deloitte’s performance across all Businesses;
• enhance decision-making and become a trusted business partner, helping and challenging  the industries to drive profitable growth in advisory businesses through our (global) Multi-Disciplinary Model approach;
• provide proactive and forward-thinking analyses, guided by a comprehensive understanding of the industry, in terms that industry and business leaders can readily understand and act upon;
• focus on evaluating the financial outcomes of (global) strategic initiatives and incorporate the impact of these initiatives into the annual or long-term planning and forecasting;
• managing the planning & control cycle for the Industries, making sure that strategic goals are embedded;
• offer valuable financial advice to industry leaders, enabling them to make informed decisions. Preparing reports that include your (ad hoc) analyses and key attention points for management and other key stakeholders.

With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Finance Business Partner:

• a university or bachelor's degree in finance (business economics / accountancy);
• at least 5-7 years relevant working experience in a management accounting / controller role;
• excellent knowledge of MSOffice and preferably PowerBI and SAP;
• an excellent command of written and spoken Dutch and English.

In this department, innovation and personal development are very important. We work from various offices as well as home, but a weekly visit to the Rotterdam and/or Utrecht office is expected.
