About the Role

We are currently seeking a finance associate to join our team. This role could be full-time or part-time depending on what you are looking for. We're looking for somebody who has made their first experiences with finance and accounting and is passionate about sustainability and eager to contribute to an industry undergoing a significant transformation.

As a Finance Associate at zero44, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our founders on managing the company's financial health. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping our financial strategies, operations, and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Oversee and manage the company’s financial operations, including accounting, finance, and bookkeeping.
• Utilize and understand various accounting software solutions to streamline financial processes.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports and analyses.
• Work closely with the founders to develop and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts.
• Implement financial controls and processes to ensure efficiency and transparency.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate financial management with overall business strategy.
• Drive initiatives to optimize cost and improve financial performance.
• Contribute to the company’s commitment to sustainability through effective financial management.
