What this role is about: Finance Ops
Our finance team are a bunch of experienced, passionate people, all about driving great financial decisions for epifi. Adept at framing complex risks/opportunities, building out and evaluating options, developing compelling insights and synthesizing recommendations - all to make sure the needle we want to move, does. Join our team of talented technologists and product managers and guide the countless decisions on the journey to the next generation of financial services.
At Fi, you will :
- Set up a culture of financial discipline - building smart processes for business routines, including evaluating external applications to support these processes as we scale.
- Manage and guide external partners who help with our tax/audit requirements.
- Build and evolve the financial business model - designing fine-grained forecasting for major expense lines and revenue lines.
You should apply if you :
- have 2-4 years of experience in a finance role in consumer product firms and have a keen interest in financial services
- have exposure to start-up environments
- are able to self-manage your priorities and deliverables while working in a fast-paced environment
- have supported critical financial planning processes such as growth forecasting, goal setting, budget management, and business performance evaluation
