Finance at Brex
The Finance team leads financial planning and analysis as well as corporate development, which includes board communications, investor relations, fundraising, and M&A. We strive to be agents of change rather than a reporting function. We’re integrated and partner closely with teams across Brex to evaluate key questions, solve problems, and drive results. Through our corporate development efforts, we are also deeply involved in long-term planning and major strategic decisions for the company.
What you’ll do
As a Finance Associate, you will be working on the Finance team to lead our monthly management reporting process, where you will surface key performance indicators and identify business opportunities in materials that are delivered directly to our Leadership team. In addition, you will be involved in managing and improving our Financial Planning System.
Where you’ll work
This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in office at least 2 days per week on Wednesday and Thursday, starting the week of January 6th, 2025. Employees will be able to work remotely for up to 4 weeks per year, for a minimum of one week at a time.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $108,480 - $135,600. However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Depending on the position offered, equity and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
