Why we’re hiring:

This role will be part of our Finance Team based at our Leeds Headquarters. Our team is responsible for planning and managing the company's finances, ensuring that the business can access cash in sustainable ways. They proactively engage with both internal and external customers to understand their requirements, while also reconciling supplier accounts and bank transactions.

The role will be responsible for managing the supplier inbox, handling financial queries, and reconciling payments and invoices. This would include sending out weekly cash reports and conducting financial reporting. We are looking for someone who is adaptable to a fast-paced environment, strong communicator, quick learner under pressure, eager to develop new skills and organised with a proactive approach.

If you have proven experience, can adapt to a fast-paced environment, work both independently and in a team, and handle tasks flexibly with strong attention to detail skills, this role offers a gold mine of opportunity to bring your experience of “what good looks like” to the table and make a significant impact in role and progress your career.

What we’re looking for:

·       Comfortable with Excel, including data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and creating visualisations.

·       A keen eye for spotting errors and ensuring everything is accurate.

·       Can easily pick up new skills and adapt to new tools or software.

·       Is dedicated to getting things done, especially during busy month-end periods.

·       Adaptable and able to juggle multiple deadlines is key to succeeding in this role.

·       Take the initiative to improve processes and deliver great results.

·       Likes to build relationships and enjoy collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
