Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, your main responsibilities as an intern will be:
- Assisting the wider team with accounts preparation on a monthly, quarterly and bi-annual basis for windfarm projects in both operational and construction phase
- Reporting of Income Statement which includes a detailed analysis of monthly movements/ variances against budget
- Reporting balance sheets after posting GA journals including prepayments, accruals, FA movements, intercompany movements etc
- Preparation of monthly board reporting extracts for the projects
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts on a quarterly and annual basis for operations team
- Cashflow management on a monthly basis to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet working capital requirements
- Preparation and filing of VAT, RCT
- Management of statutory Audits, due diligence and Revenue Audits
- Management of credit facilities, calculation and reporting of KPI ratios required by banks. Reviewing and understanding facility agreements
- Statutory reporting as required
- Additional or alternative tasks as required from time to time by the finance team
- Client interface and direct responsibility for delivering scope of Asset Management contracts
- Ad-hoc reporting to third party clients.

- Ability to work within a team and as an individual
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong Interest in Renewable Energy
