Finance and IT Integration Specialist with Project Management

We're looking for a Finance and IT Integration Specialist with Project Management whose primary focus will be to lead strategic finance projects and programmes in Switzerland, fostering harmonisation within the region and driving change management initiatives from decision-making through to completion. You'll champion continuous improvement by employing process analysis, management, and optimisation techniques aligned with Management Principles.

What will you be responsible for?

• Overseeing the integration of financial and IT systems post-merger integration;
• Leading financial project management endeavors in Switzerland;
• Taking charge of IT projects, coordinating between end-users, project sponsors, and finance IT to ensure effective collaboration and achievement of project objectives;
• Conducting comprehensive business analysis to identify IT solutions for finance and administration, anticipating stakeholder demands, identifying areas for improvement, and independently implementing new solutions;
• Driving process optimisation and digitisation efforts within financial and administrative functions, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency;
• Documenting introduced processes, systems, and solutions while conducting training sessions for key users and end-users, particularly on tools like Coupa;
• Evaluating performance post-implementation, ensuring the efficacy of newly introduced systems and processes.

Are you our kind of extraordinary?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration or a related field;
• Proven experience in project management, especially in finance and IT integration;
• Strong understanding of LEAN Management Principles and process optimisation methodologies;
• Prior experience in post-merger integration would be advantageous;
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in German and English are a must. French is a plus.
