The Details
- Coordinate activities for the ‘profit model’, ensuring that teams across finance deliver inputs that comply with required formats and timelines. Review current processes and identify areas for improvement that increase the accuracy of our allocation methods and increase the quality of insights.
- Work with the Financial Accounting Team and FinTech to ensure our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) is properly configured to support effective management reporting; cashflow forecasting and other core FP&A processes.
- Work with the wider finance team and FinTech to build and maintain high quality master-data sets, with a focus on holding information in source systems and moving us towards one-version-of-the-truth reporting.
- Utilise systems and tooling, including SQL, PowerBI & Vena to support on a wide range of ad-hoc queries and analysis, supporting information requests from FP&A and across finance.
About You
- Part qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent), currently studying towards a professional qualification or significant experience supporting finance teams through technology platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively build productive relationships across finance teams.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, with an in-depth understanding of best practices.
- Experience using a range of forecasting and planning solutions, ideally including TM1, Vena and Workday.
- Experience using a range of reporting solutions, ideally including PowerBI and SQL.
