Supporting the FP&A team in working with IFS senior management and executive team
Prepare and support the analysis of the consolidated view of actuals, forecast and budget as well as ad hoc analysis
Support the finance owners of global functions to prepare forecast submission and perform headcount reconciliations
Responsible for updating headcount planning tool to ensure accuracy of monthly forecast
Ownership of refreshing and updating reports that will be presented to Senior Management
Managing the reconciliation between actual and forecasted spend linked to large events
Supporting the cashflow forecasting process for large scale projects and events
Responsible for collecting input for functional forecast from business owners and consolidate
Responsible for functional recharges
Responsible for cost analysis to provide an understanding of variances to budget
Ownership of the functional recharge process
May be required to support other areas within the business with FP&A activities in order to drive efficiencies and improvements

Ability to work under pressure and capable of managing numerous work streams at once
Ability to show attention to detail while working with large volumes of data, but also be able to step back and see “the big picture”

Highly flexible and collaborative personality
A confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
Fluent in English language
Excel and ERP experience
University degree-educated, preferably in the field of Finance (or equivalent training or work experience)
Desirable if qualified or studying for Accountancy / FP&A qualification (CIMA, ACCA, FPAC etc) but not a requirement
