As our Finance Administrator you’ll be responsible for administrative support for business operations (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable), supporting tasks of invoice run, bank account reconciliations, and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Providing support with daily bank reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Providing administrative support to the Business Operations Team (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) including, but not limited to:
- Uploading customer invoices to customer portals for payment
- Processing supplier invoice
- Ad-hoc data entry
- Supporting the Accounts Receivable Team Lead with monthly bill run
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP, IF statements, SUM functions)
- Experience in and comfortable with working in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malay
About you:
- Well presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
- High attention to detail and accuracy, methodical, and task oriented.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- High level of computer skills including MS Office Suite skills.
