Finance Administrator
(Fulltime, Plovdiv)

Our company is looking for a competent, detail-oriented and organized Finance administrator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including processing bank statements and sales invoices, reconciling accounts, credit management and support with preparation of documentation and reports. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations, maintain accurate financial records and support efficient decision-making within the organization.
Key responsibilities:
Processing bank statements;
Processing sales invoices;
Credit management – preparation and analysis of open receivables report, contacting customers and sending Collection letters;
Preparation of monthly evidences of working hours for employees;
Posting of salaries and expense claims;
Support with monthly reports and other necessary documentation as needed;
Maintaining compliance with financial regulations and company policies and ensure the accuracy of financial records;
Collaboration with other departments to address financial inquiries and provide support;
Reporting to Finance manager.
Required education, knowledge and skills:
Proven experience in finance administration or a similar role;
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations;
Proficiency in ERP Software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
Excellent attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills;
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively;
Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting or a related field are preferred;
Profficient in English language.
